    Depending on the circumstance, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to cover the original cost of shipping and handling.


    Defective Merchandise


    If you find Filters Direct 2 U our water filter products to be defective within 10 days of purchase, you may return it to us at your cost.

    Please contact Filtersdirect2u@gmail.com  within 10 days,or call our Customer Service department at 310-868-8377. You must ship defective merchandise via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number.


    Merchandise that becomes defective after 10 days is subject to the product specific warranty if offered. If for any reason the customer wants to return the product, the product must be in its original package, unopened, and unused, in order to be qualified for a refund. The refund will be applied to the cost of the product only, shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. In case the customer wants to exchange the item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. No merchandise may be returned without a prior written authorized RMA #. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, and the RMA# written on the mailing label.
